A group of investors purchased a cultivation business that had significant potential but was struggling with staffing issues and questionable management decisions.
To access the potential we needed to overcome numerous hurdles: ongoing litigation, excess inventory, low crop yields, stalled construction of a second acre of greenhouses, pest infestation, and misuse of available canopy space. 5 months after OOG came on board:
